The human body is sensitive. People need to take good care of themselves in order to stay healthy a long time. After a certain age, it`s harder to prevent any disease. Because the human body gets old and more weak, people find out they have different problems. in what regards ear problems, they are common to everyone. There are many different ear problems : for example a person might have scratched it`s year and touched an area he shoudn`t have touched and now his ear hurts. Also ear pains might come from tonsil infection or jaw infection. Another ear problem can be cause by being exposed to loud sound. At women earrings , jewelry in general can produce different ear problems. Bad headaches or a blow to the head can also cause ear pains.

Here are some different ear problems that can become serious affections : otitis is an infection that causes a inflammation in the ear. Otitis forms especially at little kids, that haven`t turned 7 yet and one kid can make otitis several times. Glue ear is also an infection that  manifests itself through a fluid in the middle ear, behind the eardrum, that can finally cause hearing loss. Having ear wax is normal and it protects the ear from coming in contact with bacteria.  Swimmers can have serious ear problems because their ears in time become softer and cleaner. The wax in the year doesn`t exist anymore and problems can appear. That`s why many of the swimmers wear ear plugs. Many doctors say we shouldn`t fix our ears alone. But there are some tips we can all follow so that we are safe from any ear problems. Because nose and mouth are in tight relationship with the year people should blow correctly their nose. Another tip is to wear ear protectors if they are in water or in a place where there is very loud music. Using cotton buds is not recommended because it might cause internal infections. Many people have hearing problems but if you have the feeling that you might have any problems it`s best to go and check yourself. Losing your hearing at the age of 20 or even 30 can cause serious problems. A child that is born this way learns to adapt more easy than a person who has been hearing his entire life.

People should go to the doctor if they have different ear problems like: ear pains and maybe a little dizziness, fluids coming out of the ear like blood or pus, an object might be stuck , this usually happens at little kids. In the end, any problem that affects your health has to be treated immediately. It`s hard to live without hearing anything, so even if you have a small pain in your ear don`t neglect it. Once you get older, hearing might become an issue, but not because you have ear problems but because these are the perks of getting old.

As in any other area there are problems also in education today. The government tries to change some things but it seems that the more it tries to do something the less results we get. The problems in education today are related to many things like : drug use in schools, violence between kids, teaching ways, teachers that don`t have enough knowledge to correspond to the requests. The system has many flaws and so the problems keep appearing. The educational system works this way. There are twelve years of elementary school including also high school and then children have the possibility to go to a college, a university or even to follow a job training program.

Nowadays the number of children that lose years of school just because they have taken wrong turns in their lives, is increasing. Education is the most important thing a person can have. Education starts from little kids, parents give us our first education and then school teaches us how to act in society and how to communicate with others. Going to school means interacting with other children and learning how to work in teams. Learning new things in the same time as everyone can start a competition between classmates. Competition is good it makes children ambitious. Learning depends only on the teacher and on the kid. If the child wants and likes to study then everything is going perfectly. It doesn`t matter where you learn and at what school you go. The important thing is having a good teacher that can guide you. The problem of teachers has become very serious in the last few years. There have been found many teachers that aren`t totally prepared to teach history for example. There should be an anual testing for teachers because our children go to school to follow an example and what kind of example a 27 years old teacher that hasn`t worked before , can give?

Violence is also a serious problem in education today. There are many schools that experience this kind of behavior. Kids start arguing about silly things and end up in hospitals. Because of the violence in the streets many teenagers end up dead because guns are sold like candy. Also drug use in schools has scared many parents. Public schools are usually the target of drug dealers. The main reason why teenagers take drugs is curiosity, availability and pressure from friends. Because they are easily influenced they tend to do anything just to be cool. Well, in the end, parents should take care of their teenagers, talking to them and not yealing and screaming can solve much easier any problem. Kids are at the age where they want to experiment and learn from their own mistakes. School becomes just an obligation, but in time they will see what things really matter. There are many problems in education today but there seems to be no answer for them.

Teenagers social problems can be related to anything that happens in this society. Teenagers can be affected about anything. They grow in a society that still has many unresolved issues and they are the ones that have to suffer. Social problems can be as simple as listening to loud music in a park. This might disturb many people, or smoking on the street. These simple and most common things can be considered social problems. More serious ones are for example those related to drug abuse in high schools. Because there are so many drug dealers teenagers start to take drugs out of curiosity. There are three big reasons why teenagers take drugs : curiosity, peer pressure and availability.

The most influential one is peer pressure. They want to be just as their friends and in a group of people you can`t say no to challenges because you will look silly. This is the main reason why kids take drugs from a young age. Also, there is the problem of availability. There are too many drug dealers that find kids with money who are willing to try them once. Trying once is just a figure of speach, drug dealers know that they won`t stop here . Drugs create dependence and so we hear daily at the news that another kids is sent to rehab centre or has been found in school in a poor state. These years are most crucial in the maturation process. Every kid is faced with the task of figuring out his sef identity, becoming independent and choosing a road in life than can eventually bring him a good situation.

Another teenagers social problem is unwanted pregnancy at the age of sixteen or seventeen. There should be held classes in every school, about sexual encounters. Improving communication about sexuality to children might change some of the already formed ideas that kids have. Besides the fact that girls can end up pregnant if they don`t use protection, there is also the possibility of taking sexually transmitted diseases. Most of the parents don`t explain to their children what is the deal with sex because they just assume that they already know.Because there are so many movies teenagers can form an idea. Well it`s best to talk to your child like from a friend to a friend. Remember when you were a teenager and try to do all the things you wish your parents would have done.

Also , teenagers can become friends with all the wrong people. Most of them want to be liked so much that they hang out with more bigger kids that steal, go in clubs, drink and crash parties. Because this is the period when teenagers are very easy to convince they start doing the same things. After this period of rebellion ends, things will settle down. It`s important to be there for your kid even if he has screwed thing up.

Adolescence is the most beautiful period in a persons life. In adolescence you learn to become a mature person. Adolescence teaches you many things and this is probably the period when everyone acts crazy and does things they will eventually regret. It`s a period of rebellion, of freedom and of fun. Adolescence can`t exist without problems. At this age kids just start to notice what really happens in the world, they just start to find out how to act with a person of the opposite sex etc. In this period start the most common problems like : school problems, home problems, arguments with parents, self esteem issues etc.

For many kids today the most important thing is the physical aspect. They start to wear all kinds of clothes just to be unique and stand out, they create a certain look just to be accepted. This is the period when they choose a road in life and they need to be well taken care of . Girls want to lose weight so that they can look like magazine models, want bigger breasts so that boys would like them more and all these things become important issues in their heads. Parents are the enemy at this age so there is no chance in hell teenagers would talk to their parents about their problems. They discuss it with friends and that`s it. Being cool in school is also very important.

Because children can be very easy influenced they would do anything to be cool, from drinking very much at a party to taking drugs just for fun, to having sex with strangers , all these things are awsome in their minds. It`s hard to take care of  teenagers because this is the age when they experiment and nothing you say is going to matter because they want to learn from their own mistakes. As a parent you have to be pacient and be there for your kid. Locking him in his room for days won`t solve anything. When he gets out there is maybe the possibility of returning after a few days. It`s best to give them their freedom and if they screw up they will come eventually.

Another adolescence problem is having sex, especially for girls. Because they are very young and innocent, they fall in love with the wrong boys that just want to take advantage. If the girl is smart she will wait for the right guy but more and more girls these days, end up pregnant at 17 years old or end up in rehab centers. Girls especially need to be careful. Don`t drink so much alcohol, and never take X  pills or other drugs at parties where you don`t know anybody. These are current problems in our society and also in the educational system. Teenagers are always going to cause troubles. Remember when you were a teenager what you were doing and then talk to your kid.

The dining philosophers problem  is a computer problem. It is practically a problem that is raised when more people meet. This problem makes you think at synchronization and multi-process. This problem was invented by E. W. Dijkstra and it`s about five philosophers that are sitting at a round table doing two things : eating or thinking. They can`t do the same things at once so, while they eat they can`t think and while they think they don`t eat. They all sit at a table with plates of spaghetti for each one. Each plate has a fork meaning that each philosopher has one fork. Taking things logically every philosopher has a fork in his right and one in his left. Because eating spaghetti is difficult with only one fork, they have to eat with two forks. If one philosopher eats with two forks automatically the other one can`t eat. Another way this problem can be illustrated is by replacing the spaghetti with rise and the forks with chop sticks to show more clearly that you can`t eat the rise with one chopstick you need two.

During this entire scene, the five philosophers don`t talk to each other. This situation can create a deadlock as they say meaning that every one of the philosophers has a felt fork and is waiting for a right one. The hole idea of the dining philosophers problem is that while they continuously wait for the right fork , they also get hungry. When one picks up the two forks or chopstick he starts eating. After a while he puts the chopsticks down and starts thinking. This is a tricky problems that makes people think. Because it`s played with philosophers it makes it more interesting. The most simple solution to this situation is bringing a waiter to assist them. The philosophers can ask the waiter when they can pick up the forks. If nobody else is using them, it`s alright, if not, they are not allowed to pick up the forks so that they can avoid deadlock. There is the possibility that 4 philosophers eat in the same time and one waits. He can only start eating after one of the four finishes. They all have to wait for the waiters permission.

The logic is quite simple and it makes the game continue smoothly. Each philosopher has his left fork and waits for the right one. This entire game is an analogy for computer problems. For example the lack of forks is the same thing as  lacking of shared resources in real computer programming, also called concurrency. While locking a file or a resource a person makes sure that he is the only one that has access to it. When it`s already used by someone, the other person waits until the first one finishes. It`s a simple math problem than can be easily fixed. All the philosophers have to do is avoid deadlock and keep the game going.

Public education is given by the government to children that want to learn. It can be either national, regional, or local, and it`s provided by an institution of civil government, paid by peoples taxes .Public education is for kinder gardens, elementary school, high school and colleges. There are many issues related to public education. Because in a public school there are so many kids that come from different environments, there can start a lot of arguments and fights. In any school kids form groups. The biggest problem in public schools is violence. Every day we hear at the news incidents from different public schools, where kids have injured themselves because of stupid reasons.

Also  public schools are famous for kids that take drugs. Because anyone can come in , in public schools drug dealers sell most of their stuff. On the other hand public schools are a way of interacting with different people , knowing new people and learning how to integrate in a society that has more cultures. From this reason, unfortunatelly, appears the problem or rasism in schools. There shouldn`t be differences between kids but sometimes even teachers tend to make them. This problem is even greater in the influence of it on the children. They might grow hateing a nationality or a culture. Kids are mean and they seek revenge. Public schools give you te opportunity to learn. Being called public, it also leaves you the choise of not following any of the classes.

There are several public education problems but we try to state the most important ones. The educational system has many flaws that`s why things go so badly. We try to give our kids good lessons in life , but the environment they stay in totally changes what we are trying to implement. At school there are many kids that don`t take school serious and they influence others to do the same. From high school kids start drinking, taking drunks and partying. Teachers should be more attentive in classrooms, and should find ways to get the students attention. Many teachers just don`t try as hard as they used to, and have lost interest on the way.

The teaching method is also a problem. For example teaching history has to be very interesting but it can get boring, so teachers have to find a way to teach history so that kids become interested. Another public education problem is school funds. Many schools are in a degradating shape. Children come to school in awful places that can`t be called classrooms. Some, don`t even have heat in the winter. These problems are often encountered in small towns or even in outlying districts. As a conclusion, those that want to learn can learn no matter where they are, how the teacher teaches, what the other classmates are doing. For some, education is essential in life and they want to make something of their life. Mostly poor children that have an opportunity like going to school, think like this.

In today`s society problems facing education are not a new thing. There are problems in this domain ever since educational system was founded. As we advance , the more problems appear. The educational system has few stages that are very well thought. Others weren`t so inspired ,  putting in the learning schedule more matters than a child can handle. Some matters  are useless but they are still in the program. For example in Europe kids learn the history of the entire world. Geography is also expanded to the geography of the world. In schools they teach many languages. A child has to choose besides his own language two more. The entire Europe knows english but do Americans know italian or french? In America, schools focus only on their own history and geography. We don`t actually know which of the two methods is best for kids.  There are many problems facing education starting from violence in schools and ending with learning ways that can be more efficient.

Another problem facing education is the teachers salaries. Many of them complain that they are under payed when they should be  leading  a normal life. They are educated people that set examples and guide our children to become next state leaders. Because there are always arguments between the government and the association of teachers , many start strikes and the only ones that have to suffer are the kids. Besides these problems there is also the problem of the lack of teachers in small towns. Many learn to become college professors or to teach in private or public schools. No one wants to go to suburbies to teach a class of 20 children. More and more people choose another career because teaching is not well payed. Another teacher related issue is the way their teaching. Many lose interest after a long career in education and stop being interested in setting a good example. Others are  unfit to be teachers but they still manage to become ones. The system is benevolent and anyone is able to become a teacher.  Also, there are many kids that can`t afford to go to school. Following a good school means also having money to pay for taxes, transport, school supplies etc. The government should make a special program for kids with no possibilities. Everyone has the right to follow a school.

As a conclusion, having an education can prepare you in some ways for life. Even if in today`s society, students don`t know exactly what to do after they finish studies, it`s important that they have passed through another period of their life, from which they have learned something. College is not such a big deal today, it`s just a paper to demonstrate that you have superior knowledge and this little piece of paper can help you land a good job. It doesn`t matter where and how you learn, the important thing is to be able after 16 years of school to earn a good salary and to manage on your own.

Many parents try to get their kinds into very famous schools, private schools that ask for a lot of money but teach the same things in a more severe way. Well this is not good either. Just because there are all kinds of problems in  public schools , sending your kid to classes in a tight uniform is terrible. It doesn`t really matter where children go to school. If they want to learn they can learn anywhere. This misconception is often encountered at parents that are afraid for their kids. Other current problems in education are the ways the teachers teach. It`s important to make the kid get the lesson. Talking in academic terms won`t have any results. Also there are many teachers that don`t know as much information as they pretend. Some teachers have alcohol problems and some have a weird and unacceptable life style. Children need to follow an example and teachers have to give this example.

A school is the place and the environment that models your character and forms you as a person, as an adult. High school and college are two important stages of a persons life. Nowadays going to college is just a waste of time. Students don`t learn nothing that can help them in the future and not even in their future career. Many finish a college just to have a paper to demonstrate just that. School is not what it was many years ago. The current problems in education seem to never end, and still nobody changes anything. As a conclusion, in a country there should be some priorities that the government should establish. For example economy, education, transport etc. Everyone needs to get an education. There are also many poor children that can`t afford to stay in school. Something should be done for them too. Those who don`t get any education appreciate and cherish more any piece of information , than any other kids that have it all. Problems are plenty, but solutions are nowhere to be found.

If they take on a bad road in life, there are slight chances that they will get on the right track ever again. Education starts from little kids. After each student finishes high school he can enter a college, university or even follow a job training. This system is similar to those in other places. But the problems in american education start now. Many students just don`t learn enough during all these years. The american education system doesn`t give students more choices. For example they learn in history only their country`s history. In other countries, the educational program includes learning more than one language, history of the entire world and so on. School should give you general  knowledge and not narrowing your horizon. American kids have to make some decisions even from high school. They have to choose a certain job that they want to follow and then learn as much about it as possible. Americans concentrate on one thing at a time.

Other problems in american education are classroom disruptions and violence in schools. In today`s schools kids come and go whenever they want to and they can also be taken out of class if somebody calls them. This is not a good idea because if they miss an hour or two , they miss the hole point of the lesson. Violence in schools is a more serious problem. Many kids start fighting because of stupid reasons and from a little argument they end up in hospitals or even dead. Because the government doesn`t do something about violence on the streets more and more high school kids end up dead because of guns.

As a conclusion, school should form you as a person, so what should those beaten up kids think about going to school every day in an hostile environment. Also choosing a school just because you have heard is good it`s not the way it should be. It doesn`t matter where you learn as long as you want to make something with your life. There are many kids that come from unknown schools and win national and international olympiads. So, in the end school is school anywhere, wanting to learn is another thing.

There are many problems in today`s society and nobody does nothing to solve them. The government of each country should have taken some action till now, but it seems that many just don`t want to open their eye. One of the many problems our society has is violence. There are all kinds of ways to be violent. From child abuse, domestic violence, violence between gangs etc. More and more teenagers die every day due to violence on the streets. The laws are not so severe anymore. Everyone can purchase a gun. Many guns end up in the hands of the wrong people and the result is the loss of many innocent lives.

There are many haters, many fights start because of money, of racial issues and the ending is not a pretty one. Another  very important problem in today`s society is unemployment. Once with the financial crisis, everyone has problems with their jobs and money. Many companies have fired half of their personnel because of the crisis. Many have remained without a job and without the possibility of a new one. Because of these crisis, and of the unemployment issue the standard of living decreases. Many just take their welfare and so their income is below the average income. Many also don`t want to work. Instead of going out there, many choose to stay at home and receive the welfare. For some this is enough and for others a better solution is stealing.

The rate of criminality and thefts is increasing and this has become another issue also. Pollution is a world wide problem. Not only in some countries but all around the world we have a problem with the polluted air. The increase in the number of cars has a great deal of guilt but also the lack of woods and trees. In big cities you only see few parks and those are practically bold. This is also an issue that can be easily fixed if only the governemnt takes any action.

Besides violence and unemployment there are also problems with drugs. Even if the authorities have tried and tried without rest to stop people from commercializing them it seems that they still find a way to come on the market. The worst part is that these drugs are bought by kids. Many teens nowadays have tried once or twice cocain, weed or an extasy pill. Half of these kids are dependent and a small part have gone to rehab. Those who commercialize them, spread them in schools, clubs, bars, on the streets etc. Racism is also a big issue, especially in America. Many have learned to deal with this problem because in fact we shouldn`t be racists. Obesity has become a real problem among many countries because of the many fast foods and of the sedentary life many lead. In America a quarter of the population suffers from obesity. There are still lots of issues that need to be solved but nobody tries to do something about them.
