Health Problems From Bad Posture

A great stature is modeled from childhood. Kids go to school and slump over in their chair and this can continue until grown-ups, slumping also in the chair at work. If you stand up straight and have a good posture, then your muscles, and bones will stay at their place. If not, they will get another form and your body will have to suffer. Bad posture can give you neck problems, back problems etc. Health problems from bad posture can be best seen at old people. When you are young you overlook this aspect but as time goes by you find yourself going from doctor to doctor to fix your back problem. Teenagers make many mistakes when they stay for hours in front of the tv or the computer.
Staying on a chair for several hours can cause many problems. Going to gym also helps as well as eating healthy. If you have a healthy body then you have more energy. Prevent your spine from becoming fixed in an abnormal position. Having a bad posture can lead to constricted blood vessels and nerves, and problems with muscles, discs and joints, that can give you many headaches and even problems in breathing.
We always see bad posture and spine problems at other person, but we don`t observe it in us. People don`t pay so much attention and even if their back hurts or if they always adopt an abnormal posture they don`t do anything about it. Bad posture can come from many things like: obesity, pregnancy, incorrect sitting, not enough flexibility, always carrying a heavy purse or backpack on one side of your shoulder etc. People also keep the phone at their year with the shoulder, especially when they have something to do while talking. This is wrong, it can become a habit and you can have back and head problems after a while. Health problems from bad posture are common to people who work at a job where driving is required, or where you have to sit in front of the desk for hours like for example office workers. The important thing is to observe your problem and do something about it. Don`t let the time pass because if you postpone it for a long time, in the end you will have more than one problem.
